It is winter now. It is a cold season.
It’s frosty and snowy in winter. Children like to ski, to play snowballs and to
make snowmen. The days are short and nights are long December, January and
February are winter months.
On the nineteenth of December
Ukrainian people celebrate St. Nickolas Day. Children like getting presents on
this day. St. Nickolas comes at night. He puts presents under the pillows.
Children always find presents under the pillows next morning.
